You need BOTH of these first
- Your mobile number registered as a driver with the office. Texts from any other number get no permit
- An authorised Gmail account on your phone. The permits are in Google Drive and only open for approved accounts
- Without both, you can't get to the permits. Not set up yet? Talk to Nathan or the office before you need one on the road

2What comes back
- A text with the permit number and links: the permit, the vehicle approval (VA) and your truck's V-DAQ cert
- Tap a link and it opens in Google Drive. Show it on your phone
- It answers in about a minute. Don't send the same text twice
No permit came back?
- If there's no match for your truck and site, you'll be told and the office is alerted straight away
- Link won't open? You're not signed in to your authorised Gmail account on that phone
