- Text PIN and 4 numbers (e.g. PIN 4821) to 0420 137 154 from your phone
- In the app tap See your jobs, type your PIN, tap Show my jobs. Your phone remembers it
- Change truck? Just type the new rego, you stay signed in. Someone else on your phone? Not you? Sign out
- Forgot it? Text a new one the same way
2Your job
- Pick Loading or Delivery docket and your job shows. Docket for that job? Tap Yes. Something else? Tap No, different job
- Harvest jobs just ask: same paddock / same site?
3My week
- Tap My week under your name: your loads, dockets, fuel, kms and paperwork
- Anything missing shows at the top with a Send it button
4Fuel fill-up
- Pick Diesel or AdBlue, type the speedo and where you filled up
- Type the litres, or take a photo of the bowser
- Two bowsers at one stop? Tap + Used a second bowser and add the second litres (or a photo of each)
5End of week details
- Start of the week: type your start km. You can send it on its own
- End of the week: type your finish km and pick your nights away
- Or send both at once. It goes on your runsheet for you
6Weekly paperwork
- Tap Weekly paperwork and send a photo of your prestart book (and logbook sheets if not on EWD Hubfleet)
