2Photos

- No shadows, glare or fingers over the numbers
- The app crops and cleans up the photo. Tap it to see the original if it cut something off
Red RETAKE message?
- The docket is cut off or on too much of an angle. Tap the red × on that photo and take it again
- Blurry dockets get sent back. Make sure you can read every number
3Loading docket
- Tap Loading docket, type the docket number, take the photo, hit SEND
4Delivery docket
- Tap Delivery docket, type the docket number and the NET tonnes
- This is the delivery weight is already ticked. Leave it on: that is the weight the load is billed on
- No weighbridge where you unload? Tick it on the loading docket instead and untick it here
Number & weight check
- After the photo, the app reads the docket number and NET weight off it
- Box empty? Tap Use it. Typed something different? It tells you, and one tap fixes it
- It's only a check: it never stops you sending
5Preloads
- Loaded before Monday and delivering this week? Tick Preload from LAST week
No signal?
- Send like normal. It says Saved on this phone and sends by itself when you are back in range
- Open the app again when you have signal to check it has gone
